The same happens in your company.
It’s an ecosystem, that is, a unit comprised of many elements. When one or more of the elements is off, incomplete, or moving in the wrong direction, the whole ecosystem falters. It may seem to be moving, but the movements are sluggish and the outcomes disappoint.

It shows the core—your company identity—surrounded by the various elements, in two rings. The inner ring includes the necessary day to day elements, and the outer ring includes elements support the company for the long term.
It’s so easy for the ecosystem to get out of whack. The earth may orbit sedately every day, but our lives aren’t that precise. And many times the changes are small and accumulate slowly over time so you don’t really notice them. Then one day you wonder “Huh, why did that happen?”

- Customized plans to correct, improve, delete, create in the relevant elements.
- 60 days. We will exclude some time for the upcoming holidays.
- Fees (valid through December 31, 2025):
- Core, Inner Ring and Outer Ring: $7325
- Core and Inner Ring: $6420
- Terms and Conditions: Payment in full is due at time of purchase via a payment link to be sent.
- The period of performance will begin on the date of our first working session. We will agree on which dates will be excluded in the count.
- Scheduling is the most critical responsibility. Scheduling our calls and work assignments is flexible but once selected, dates must be kept except for dire emergencies.
