Specific advice and recommendations for the coming 3, 6 and 12 months, based on the discovery and analysis. We’ll lay out a progression of activities with goals and benchmarks. We’ll help you identify the individuals in your firm who are best suited to support these activities.
Where appropriate, we will design a role for us to support your firm with implementation of the 3, 6 and 12 month plans. The extent of support can range from as-needed phone calls to on-site implementation by relevant experts.
The depth and breadth of these phases varies depending on the company size and industry. You can expect to invest from the low four figures to the mid five figures.
